He is Certified as a OR Medical Technician and Medical Laser Safety Office and since 2004 has been Valuing and Selling both large and small GP & Surgical Specialist and Day Surgery Practices nationally. In 2007 Paul graduated from Loyola University in the USA as a Certified Merger & Acquisitions Advisor and in 2019 as a Certified Cyber Security Advisor from Harvard University in the USA. Concurrently, Paul was elected President & Chairman of the Australian Institute of Business Brokers LTD ( whose members facilitate the sale of A$2 – A$3 Billion annually across Australia) and later Chairman of the Council of Small Business Associations Of Australia LTD with a membership reach of over 600,000 SME’s.
